Jay Johnson
Jay is the founder of, and current manager and instructor for, Dynamic Training & Consulting, LLC. Jay is currently a Detective at the Gillette, Wyoming Police Department and holds a Professional Peace Officer Certification through the State of Wyoming Peace Officer Standards and Training Commission (P.O.S.T.). Jay is a certified field training officer, Glock armorer and a certified firearms instructor through various organizations.

Shawn Franklin
Shawn is currently a detective at the Gillette, Wyoming Police Department and holds an Advanced Peace Officer Certification through the State of Wyoming Peace Officer Standards and Training Commission (P.O.S.T.). Shawn is a certified field training officer, an operating member of the Gillette Police Department Tactical Team and is also an active firearms instructor.

Zach Parker
Zach is currently a police officer at the Gillette, Wyoming Police Department and holds a Professional Peace Officer Certification through the State of Wyoming Peace Officer Standards and Training Commission (P.O.S.T.). Zach is an avid shooter and knowledgeable firearms instructor. Zach is a certified Glock and AR-15 armorer as well as a certified firearms instructor, for pistols and patrol rifles, through various institutions.
